1. Master Copy Reproductions
Luxaria specializes in premium 1:1 master copy horology, leathercraft, and private blend fragrances. All cataloged items are precision atelier reproductions manufactured to exact weight, finishing, and mechanical specifications. We operate independently and maintain complete transparency regarding the nature of our craft.
2. 4K Pre-Dispatch Video Approval
Every client order is recorded on 4K macro video prior to dispatch. The recording displays the specific piece from all angles, timegrapher diagnostic readings, and packaging contents. Dispatch proceeds solely upon client confirmation.
3. UAE Payment & Delivery Methods
Within Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, we support discreet Cash on Delivery (COD), verified bank wire transfers, and leading digital currency settlements. All deliveries are made via private, unbranded couriers directly to your residence, office, or hotel suite.
4. 48-Hour Inspection & Return Window
Clients enjoy a 48-hour inspection window upon delivery. If an item arrives with any mechanical malfunction or defect inconsistent with your approved 4K inspection video, contact our concierge immediately for an expedited replacement, adjustment, or store credit.
5. Private Showroom Suite Visits
Appointments at our Downtown Dubai and DIFC suites are scheduled strictly on a reservation basis. This guarantees private, uninterrupted inspection with our horologist and ensures maximum discretion for all guests.
